For optimal penetration of infrared into tissues, we suggest wearing minimal clothing such as breathable body wraps, shorts, or swimsuits. We provide bath towels and body wraps infused with CELLIANT that reflect infrared energy back into the body, enhancing and prolonging the benefits of infrared therapy before, during, and after each session.
Similar to other wellness practices, the more you incorporate it into your routine, the better the results. It is recommended to use the sauna 3-4 times per week, with each session lasting 30-40 minutes.
It's important to stay hydrated before and after your Infrared Sauna session. We recommend drinking at least 500ml of water in the hours leading up to your session to stay hydrated. Afterward, electrolyte drinks can help if you sweat heavily or tend to feel lightheaded. Showering post-session is also essential to wash away heavy metals and toxins released from your sweat. We offer a private room equipped with towels, a shower and hairdryer for your convenience.
Our Sunlighten Infrared Sauna provides a comfortable and soothing heat experience. Sweat levels will vary for each individual, influenced by hydration levels. It’s common to sweat less during your initial sessions; unlike traditional saunas that rely on extreme air heat for sweating, our infrared sauna stimulates detoxification from within the body effectively.
Individuals with medical conditions or prescriptions should seek clearance before use, including those with cardiovascular issues, pacemakers, diabetes, obesity, hemophilia, or heat sensitivity. While infrared therapy is safe, it is not recommended during pregnancy due to the already elevated core body temperature.
Children's core body temperatures rise faster than adults'. If using the sauna with a child, we recommend setting it to a lower temperature and limiting sessions to no more than 15 minutes. As a guideline, one minute inside the sauna per year of age is suggested for a child, always under adult supervision. It's important to also keep children hydrated, even if sweating isn't visible.
Each session is priced at AED 150, for a duration of up to 40 minutes. We also offer package options for 6 sessions or more for added value and commitment to your health journey.
